No one doubts the benefits of detox and as a result the need to have a detox annually. Before you start the detox process you have to learn what will exactly happen and what if any possible side effects there might be.
Some side effects are probable, depending on how many toxins your body has. Many people are experiencing constipation and skin problems, frequent headaches, weight gain amongst a whole host of health problems. But before starting a serious detox program, some general tips must be considered.

Detox Tip 8. It is important to decide with your health practitioner which part of the body you should cleanse and in what order. Cleansing of the different parts of the body can include colon, liver, kidney, lung and skin cleansing. The right order will give a more complete and effective detoxification for your body.
